We had a busy Thanksgiving. Between Sela Rose, Ruby, and Lily there was never a dull moment. Wallace flew in from NY and I managed to get him out on the water. We had a good time goofin' off and catchin' some nice reds. I miss him already...
Jeff and I got out to sample some of the Fall redfishing. This was a welcomed break from diapers, preseason orders and sleep deprivation. Don't get me wrong, I'm not complaining, just a welcomed change;)
Sela and I had Halloween to ourselves. Momma and the twins had to sit this one out. We had a great time. She loves Tinkerbell and being Tinkerbell even better.
I know this is a little late but it's been a little busy around here. Born Oct. 28, Ruby Adelaide and Lily Teal are beautiful, healthy, and happy. Cheryl has fared beautifully and is the ever shrinking woman right now. I am a little sleep deprived but still the proudest papa out there...
It's been a while since I've posted, things have been busy. Fly Fishing Schools, twin prep., preseason orders, baby showers and Sela Rose turning 2. All the folks from work got together and threw us a great baby shower for the twins, good food, Sela dancing, and good freinds. The girls are scheduled for delivery on the 28th. of this month (Oct.). Remember us in your prayers.
We attended the wedding of our good friends Andy Parker and Caroline Young. What an amazing event! Papa young pulled out all the stops for his little girls wedding. Great band, food, drinks and all the works. As usual Sela Rose had a great time dancing to the live band. When she hears music she can sit still.. Cheryl is now in her 6th month of pregnancy with the twins and more beautiful than ever. Congrats to the Parkers!
Fished yesterday with my good friend Andy Parker. He has been commuting between Nashville all summer, guiding trips and finishing up grad. school (congrats Andy). This was our first chance to get on the water together in almost a year. Any got a new 40d Cannon and he needed a photo op. We had to get really shallow to catch a couple reds. It was hard to leave but I had to get back to the office.
Installed my new and improved platform today. I have needed a cage all Tarpon Season. It gets pretty interesting when your casting, hooking and fighting a 100lb. tarpon in 3 to 4ft. seas from the bow of a skiff. The uphostry job was botched so it's back to the drawing board on the padding.
